Getting started

New here? Start with these.

Rank Authority is an automated SEO, GEO and AEO platform. It scans every page on your site, finds what is holding you back, writes the fixes, and publishes them once you approve. At the same time it works to get your business named when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot answer questions about your industry or location. Five tools run under one subscription: AI Autopilot , AI Visibility , RankFast , RankLink and Blog Builder .
A website and about a minute. Run a free scan and you will see where your site stands right now. To let the platform actually publish fixes, you install the Rank Authority connection for whichever platform your site runs on. That step is required, not optional, because everything the platform does reaches your site through it.
No. We support six platforms: WordPress, GoDaddy, Shopify, Wix, GoHighLevel and Webflow . Whichever one your site runs on, you install the Rank Authority connection for that platform. Without it in place nothing can deploy, including on-page fixes, GEO artifacts, RankFast rewrites, internal linking and published blog posts.
Most people are connected and scanning in under 15 minutes. The scan itself runs on its own, and how long it takes depends on how many pages you have. You do not have to sit and watch it. We email you when the first results are ready.
No. Every issue the platform finds comes with the fix already written and a plain-language explanation of what it does. You click approve. If you do know SEO, nothing is locked away from you, and you can review and edit anything before it ships.
You get a full picture of your site: technical issues, on-page gaps, missing schema, broken links, internal linking problems, and your AI Visibility Score across all 9 AI platforms. The scan is free and does not change anything on your site. Fixes are the paid side of the product, and nothing deploys until you approve it.
Yes, and most people do. Run a scan, read the results, start on the free plan, and upgrade when your site outgrows it. Book a demo only if you want a person walking you through your own numbers. The phone number is there if you want it: (800) 395-9488 .

AI Visibility, GEO and AEO

What it means to be cited by an AI platform.

AI Visibility means your business shows up when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI, Google AI Overviews or Microsoft Copilot answer a question about your industry or location. As more searches resolve inside an AI answer instead of a page of blue links, AI Visibility decides whether the answer names you or names your competitor. Someone is being named in that answer either way.
Nine: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot . We track how often and how prominently your business is cited on each one, and we track it on a schedule so you can see the line move rather than guessing.
SEO is getting ranked in a list of links. AEO, answer engine optimization, is structuring your pages so they can be lifted directly into an answer box. GEO, generative engine optimization, is getting a language model to cite you as a source when it writes its own answer. They overlap, but they are not the same work, and most tools only do the first one. Rank Authority runs all three off the same scan.
A GEO artifact is a purpose-built page written and structured specifically to be read, parsed and quoted by AI platforms: a direct answer up top, clean heading hierarchy, entity and schema markup underneath, and citation-friendly formatting throughout. AI Visibility builds these and publishes them to your site, which is why they keep working for you whether or not you stay subscribed.
It is a composite measure of how often and how prominently your business is cited across the 9 platforms we track, sampled on prompts that matter for your industry and location. Treat it the way you would treat a credit score: the exact number matters less than the direction it moves over weeks, and it is the same yardstick every time so the comparison is honest.
No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. We do not control OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or any other model provider, and no one outside those companies does. What we control is everything that feeds them: the structure, the schema, the artifacts, the authority signals and the content they read when they build an answer. We do that work relentlessly and we show you the tracking. What we do put in writing is the 90-day performance guarantee below.
Yes. AI platforms lean heavily on the same signals search engines do, and Google is still where most of the traffic is. That is exactly why we did not build a GEO-only tool. The on-page work, indexing, internal linking and content all run on the same engine, so improving one side tends to lift the other.

03

AI Autopilot and the work

What actually gets done, and who approves it.

AI Autopilot is the engine that runs your SEO, GEO and AEO work. It scans every page, finds the issues, and writes the fixes for one-click approval: meta descriptions, alt text, broken links, keyword placement, schema markup and Core Web Vitals recommendations. It submits every page for indexing and re-submits after any edit. It builds your internal link architecture by connecting related pages into topical clusters that point at a central pillar page. It also covers AI Visibility citation tracking across 9 platforms, RankFast competitor analysis and Blog Builder.
That is your call. One-click approval mode holds everything in a queue until you review it, which is where we suggest starting if you have rankings you care about. Full Autopilot ships approved change types on its own once you have watched a few batches go through and trust what you are seeing. You can move between the two at any time.
Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, internal links, schema markup, broken links and keyword placement, plus Core Web Vitals recommendations. It does not delete your content, rewrite your brand voice out from under you, or change your URLs.
RankFast takes a keyword you already rank for, finds the pages outranking you on it, and pulls apart what they are doing that you are not: depth, structure, entities, internal support and formatting. Then it rebuilds your page to take that position. It is competitor analysis that ends in a finished page rather than a report you have to act on yourself.
RankLink builds your internal link architecture automatically. It groups related pages into topical clusters and points them at a central pillar page, which is how both Google and AI platforms work out that you are the authority on a subject rather than a site with one page about it. Doing this by hand across a few hundred pages is the kind of job that never gets finished.
Blog Builder researches the topic, writes the full article, and builds the page around it: heading hierarchy, internal links, FAQ blocks, schema and images. It is not a paragraph generator that hands you a blob of text to format yourself. You review before anything publishes, and you can edit any of it. Articles slot into your topical clusters rather than sitting on their own.
No. Autopilot works on the elements Google and the AI platforms already reward: titles, headings, schema, internal links and answer-first structure. It does not delete your content or change your URLs. If you have rankings you care about, start in one-click approval mode so nothing deploys until you have reviewed it, then switch to full Autopilot once you have watched a few batches go through.
Yes. You control what deploys on its own and what waits for you, and the setting is per change type rather than all or nothing. Plenty of customers let schema and alt text run freely while keeping meta titles under manual review. If you want a whole module left idle for now, tell support and we will set it that way.

04

Results and timelines

How long this takes, honestly.

AEO changes typically show up within two to four weeks. On the GEO side, Perplexity and Gemini tend to pick up new citations fastest, while ChatGPT citations build over weeks as your authority signals accumulate. Traditional ranking movement is the slowest of the three, which is normal and true of any SEO work.
No, and neither does anyone else. We submit every page to Google for indexing immediately, and we re-submit after any edit, which is everything that is actually in our control. Google alone decides if and when a page gets indexed, and realistically that runs about three to four weeks. Any tool promising instant indexing is selling you something it cannot deliver.
The two most common are getting named in AI answers where they previously were not, and recovering traffic on pages that had quietly gone stale. Case studies with real numbers from real client sites are on the reviews page .
No, and starting early is an advantage. A new site has no legacy mess to unwind, so the structure, schema and internal linking get built correctly from day one instead of being retrofitted later. Expect authority signals to take longer to accumulate than they would on an established domain, because that is a function of time and citations rather than of tooling.
The dashboard tracks your AI Visibility Score across all 9 platforms on a schedule, alongside indexing status, keyword movement and every change that shipped with the date it shipped. Because each change is logged, you can line up a movement in the numbers against what was deployed that week instead of taking anyone's word for it.
Performance is guaranteed in writing for 90 days on paid plans, under the terms on the guarantee certificate. See the guarantee section below for exactly how it works and what voids it. No one can guarantee a specific ranking position or a specific AI platform's output, and we do not.

05

Pricing and plans

What it costs and what is included.

The Free plan is 100% free for sites up to 50 pages. Starter is $99/mo for 500 pages. Growth is $199/mo for 1,000 pages. Pro is $299/mo for 1,500 pages. Authority is $399/mo for 2,000 pages. Titan is $649/mo for 3,000 pages. Every plan includes AI Autopilot, AI Visibility across all 9 platforms, RankFast, RankLink and Blog Builder.
The Free plan covers sites up to 50 pages scanned, and within that limit you get everything the Growth plan does: AI Autopilot on-page fixes, auto-indexing, AI Visibility across all 9 platforms, RankFast, RankLink and Blog Builder. It is not a stripped-down version and it is not a trial that expires. You install the Rank Authority connection for your platform the same way paid customers do, and you move up to a paid plan when your site outgrows 50 pages.
Scanning is free and it does not change anything on your site. Deploying the fixes is the paid side of the product, and the Free plan covers that work for sites up to 50 pages. Either way, you get to see everything that is wrong before you spend a dollar.
Yes, 7 days on paid plans. A credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel inside the account before it ends and you will not be billed.
A unique indexable URL on your site that the scan can reach. If you are close to a plan boundary, run the free scan first. It reports your actual page count, so you pick a tier against a real number instead of a guess.
You will see it in the account before it becomes a problem, and you upgrade with one click. Nothing gets deleted and nothing stops working while you decide.
None of the three. Plans are month to month, upgrades and downgrades happen inside the account, and cancelling is one click with no penalty.

06

The 90-day guarantee

Double your money back, in writing.

Run Rank Authority for 90 days. If we do not hit the performance targets set out in your guarantee certificate, we refund every dollar you paid during those 90 days and pay you the same amount again on top. On the $199 Growth plan that is $597 refunded plus $597 more, for $1,194 total. You also keep every fix, article and GEO artifact we published.
Outside changes, mainly, because they make the results impossible to attribute. The Rank Authority connection has to stay active and running on full Autopilot for the entire 90 days with approved fixes deployed. No outside changes or modifications can be made to the site during that period, including work by another agency or developer, theme and platform migrations, redesigns, or manual edits to pages we manage. Full conditions are on the guarantee certificate .
No. The guarantee refunds what you paid and then pays it again, so it applies to paid plans. The Free plan already costs nothing.
Everything already published to your site. GEO artifacts, on-page fixes, articles and schema all stay in place. We do not strip work off your site on the way out.

Yes. Client accounts run from one place, each with its own connection, its own scan history and its own reporting, so nothing bleeds between sites.
Yes. Reporting is per site, including the AI Visibility Score across all 9 platforms, indexing status and the log of what shipped and when. That log tends to be the useful part in a client meeting, because it shows work rather than adjectives.
No. You add client accounts yourself, whenever you want, without waiting on anyone here.

08

Access, data and control

What we touch and what stays yours.

The Rank Authority connection for your platform, which is what lets approved changes publish. It is the same mechanism free and paid customers use. Nothing deploys through it that you have not approved, and you can revoke it at any time.
Yes. Every article, artifact, fix and piece of schema published to your site is yours. It lives on your domain, in your account, under your control.
Everything published to your site stays there. GEO artifacts, on-page fixes, articles, schema, all of it remains in place. Cancel with one click. No contracts and no penalties.
We do not delete your content and we do not change your URLs. Autopilot works on structural and on-page elements. Where a page is rewritten through RankFast, that rewrite goes through approval like anything else, and you see it before it ships.
No. Your site data, scan history and account information are not sold, shared or added to a list you did not ask for.
